Who runs this site
TiffsPaws, an independent dog walker based in Shepperton (TW17), UK. The data controller is Tiff. You can reach me at hello@tiffspaws.com.
What I collect
- Meet & greet requests: name, email, phone, postcode, street, dog details and any notes you choose to share.
- Account data: the same as above, plus a hashed password (or magic-link login token) and your booking history.
- Site analytics: minimal, privacy-respecting traffic data. No third-party advertising trackers.
Why I collect it
- To arrange a meet & greet and deliver walks or stays you book.
- To send you booking confirmations, photos and invoices.
- To meet basic legal and insurance requirements.
Where it's stored
Customer data is stored with Supabase (EU region), which provides authentication and the database for this site. Email is sent via Resend. Payments, where used, are processed by Stripe - TiffsPaws never sees your card details.
How long I keep it
I keep client data while you are an active customer and for up to 6 years afterwards for tax and insurance purposes, then it is deleted. Meet & greet requests that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. Email me and I'll action it within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for sign-in and a small number of privacy-respecting analytics cookies. There are no advertising trackers, no Facebook pixels and no Google ads.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
